BRAND GUIDE · PROPOSED IDENTITY
SHC HALO BIM+
Development intelligence. Accountable execution.
Brand architecture
SHC is the commercial parent identifier. HALO BIM+ is the product. HALO Command describes the command experience. Keep ACT housing delivery and Sonic production identities distinct from the software product.
Wordmark
Use the full SHC HALO BIM+ name on first reference. Retain the plus sign. Use HALO BIM+ for subsequent references. The gold suffix creates an identifiable accent while the HALO name remains the visual anchor.
Palette
Typography
Website: Arial or Helvetica with system sans-serif fallback. Presentation: DejaVu Sans. Use large plain headings, generous spacing, limited uppercase and gold only for emphasis. Keep body copy readable and free of decorative jargon.
Positioning
Category: real estate development management infrastructure. Promise: a shared project record with department workflows, evidence and accountable decisions. Primary audience: developers coordinating several projects with repeated research, design, finance and approval work.
Claim standards
- Say “designed to reduce preparation time” until a pilot establishes the result.
- Describe the 30 departments as the proposed commercial model. Identify the 19 MVP routes accurately.
- Show scripted demonstrations and concept illustrations with visible labels.
- Use “approved knowledge and tested workflows” rather than claiming model retraining.
- Support every performance claim with project, period, baseline, review method and permission.
- BIM+ is branding. It does not establish model federation, IFC parsing, clash detection or design certification.
Launch materials
Use the midnight-and-gold hero for the website and cover. The architectural image is a concept illustration. This guide proposes a wordmark and tone system. Confirm rights, legal entity identity and name/mark clearance before external commercial launch.
